Updating Your Billing Information

Your Web Department uses the popular FreshBooks services for invoicing. If your billing information needs to be updated – for instance, if you have a new expiry date for your credit card – simply follow these steps:

  1. Open any invoice or statement email that you received from FreshBooks for Your Web Department
  2. Click the Manage Payments Details link
  3. Re-enter your new credit card information and click Save Card

Your new details will be saved for reuse on future invoices.
