Your Web Department is the ONLY website service designed from the ground up for small businesses. Here’s why:
YWD is a no-code system. 100% of your YWD site build goes to the good stuff like design, strategy, content and thinking rather than programming, which can eat up 60% of the budget of a custom-built website.
We treat your website differently. Everyone else treats your website as if it were an event, a mountain to climb, but your business isn’t an event, it’s a journey and only Your Web Department is designed in a way that lets your build as little, or as much as you need, or can afford and keep improving, adding and changing as required.
YWD is a platform. This means that all the changes and improvements everyone else has to pay for, YWD customers get for free. We keep up with the Internet so you don’t have to.
We build and support websites. It’s all we do. We don’t leave our customers high and dry as inevitably happens with one-person web developers. You have a question, a tech problem, even a business question we are there to help you.

I’m a designer. Do I need to pay to build webites for my clients?
YWD™ is FREE for you to create as many websites as you want for your clients.
Not only that, but being a designer with Your Web Department™ pays as well! With our referral program, every website you bring to YWD makes you money every month.
I’m a very small business. Is YWD a cost-effective option?
Definitely. Our clients range from very small businesses to well-established corporations.
YWD allows your business to have a great website very fast and for just a low monthly fee, because it's so easy to use. In fact, your website may end up costing you a fraction of what it normally would.
Once I have signed up can I switch packages?
You can change from one plan to another at any time.
How much does it cost to change my website once it’s live?
Nothing, nada! Add or edit pages, upload pictures, PDFs etc. as much as you want.
Do I need to pay extra to get a domain name for my website?
It's included in all our packages. You may use your existing domain or register a new one with us at no additional cost.
Is webhosting included?
Yes. But it's only a small component of all the benefits you get with YWD.
Will I need to transfer my domain to YWD?
No. Whether you use YWD to register your domain or not, it remains your property. You simply point it to us once your website goes live (we provide all the information needed for doing that). And if one day you decide to leave, you just point it somewhere else.
How about e-mail addresses?
The “Small Biz” package includes 10 e-mail addresses and “The Works” includes up to 25. But you can keep your e-mail management completely outside of YWD if you prefer.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel your service at any time, no questions asked.
How do I pay for my package?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex, processed through a secure gateway.
